C.C:In both stories Shan Shan and Nemaka struggled with their love life, their parents did not accept the fact that they wanted to find true love. They tried to set up their love life by picking people their parents wanted them to love, or choosing someone whom they thought was good for them. So many people judged them and tried to tell them what was best for their love life so they had trouble trusting or falling into a deep love. Shan Shan did not know who to fall in love with because her culture only married for money so it was hard to fall into a real love. Nnemaka was only to marry someone from his culture and if he did that he would have been in a relationship but he would not be deeply in love.
